Our Program
Our focus is athlete development through physical fitness, technical skill training, and competition. We focus on discipline, fun, respect and friendship.
 
Gym Rules
We try to keep the rules to a minimum, and basic to understand.
  1. Be courtious and respectful to everyone, and listen quietly when an instructor is speaking
  1. Leave jewellery and valuables at home or in a safe place at all times
  1. Keep good personal hygiene (shower, trim finger and toe nails, wear clean clothing. etc...)
  1. Leave attitude at home or outside. You are here to learn and have fun.
  1. Try your best at all times, and don't be afraid to fail, and never say "I Can't"
 
Class Times
  1. Kids program: ages 5 years old to 13 years old are one hour long and available 5 days a week, with some exceptions.
  1. Teen / adult: ages 14 years + classes are approximately 2 hours long and available 6 days a week, with some exceptions.
  1. Fitness classes and private training: available upon request.
  1. Sunday training schedule will be based on appoinments only!
 
Elite Kidz Classes
The focus of our kids program focuses teaching balance, strength, flexibility, and agility while having fun at the same time.
  1. Movement, core strength, gymnastic drills, listening, discipline, fun
  1. Games: handball, dodge ball, soccer, etc...
  1. Partner drills, basic wrestling techniques, tournaments
 
Teens / Adult Classes
The focus will be on advanced training, competition, personal strength and fitness, sportsmanship, friendship and self-esteem.
  1. Movement, core strength, gymnastic drills, listening, discipline, fun
  1. Games: handball, dodge ball, soccer, etc...
  1. Weight lifting, fitness training, advanced drilling, sparing, competition
 
Outfits / Uniforms
  1. Wrestling shoes, running shoes, shorts, sweater, t-shirts, jogging pants
  1. Mouth guard, sports wrap, water bottle
  1. gym bag with extra clothing to change into after training
  1. Soap and cleaning supplies
